WowChows is the creation of Partner and Executive Chef Joe Hsu. Chef Joe was not always a chef. He spent much of his life as an IT specialist but has always had a passion for food. Chef Joe has always believed that eating is more than just a way to sustain life rather it’s a very social event that draws family and friends together.

While creating the concept, Chef Joe wanted to focus on creating a concept that would allow people to eat great food at a reasonable price. One problem that we recognized quickly is not the lack of dining choices, but rather the lack of healthy eating choices. Another problem is the cost associated with healthy dining. Traditionally, healthy eating cost a lot more than a quick stop through a drive through.

WowChows menu offers a wide selection of Pan-Asian inspired cuisine at very reasonable prices. We use only the highest quality meats and the freshest vegetables all prepared daily. We make all of our own sauces and use the finest ingredients without adding any additional preservatives.

We offer a wide selection of perennial favorites like Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken and Lo Mein but the truly unique Concept behind WowChows is our make to order WowChow Bowl. Have you ever ordered from a Chinese restaurant but wanted different vegetables, or have shrimp with your Steak Lo Mein? Well now you can. At WowChows you can follow our simple 4 step process and create your own fabulous meal, cooked fresh in our open kitchen.
